Project background:
Basement Bathroom Remodel - No bathroom previously existed in this space so the only thing that had to be removed was part of the existing concrete floor in order to get plumbing into the area. Walls were framed and plumbing added. The cabinets were custom built by O.B.K. using Knotty Alder with a light stain. The Countertop is made from Swanstone Acrylic. Fixtures are Oil Rubbed Bronze by Moen. No flooring was installed by O.B.K. but the customer has plans to either stain or paint the concrete floor. This Remodel took 2-1/2 weeks to complete.
